Christmas Pennants Revealed!

As promised here are the spoiler pictures of the Christmas Pennants I made for the swap on the All Things Tim Yahoo Group.

I had such a good time creating these pennants. My creative muse was working overtime last week and I couldn't be happier in the way they turned out. I hope the recipients like them as well.

The swap was a 10 for 10. I made 12 for I am keeping one, and Sandy our host said we could make an extra one if we wish and she would send them to Tim Holtz.

I made them in sets of 3 using different papers for each set.

Embellished them with vintage postcards, mini Christmas ornaments and rosettes I made using Tim's die

Which one will you get? That's up to Sandy...:)

Another 2 For Tuesday

Hoping to catch up and kill 2 birds with 1 stone, I am taking my cue from an online buddy and she knows who she is and entering my 1 tag into 2 different challenges.

This week the challenge was Extreme Masking. This challenge seemed kind of intimidating but after jumping into it I found out that I love it....!

Making it Spooky was an easy challenge for I love everything to do with Spooky and Scary and I think this tag is just that....

Compendium-of-Curiosities-Challenge Week 18

Isn't it impossible that we are up to week 18 in the Compendium-of-Curiosities-Challenge being hosted over on Linda's Blog Studio L3?

This week the challenge is Dabber Resist. I love this technique and it always gives great results.

Anything But A Card!!!

Thats the challenge this week over at Simon Says Stamp and Show. For my daughters 24th birthday I wanted to say so many things that I knew just a card wouldn't do.

Thats why I created this Tag book for her made out of a manila folder and filled with sentiments that I wanted to say. It works perfect for this challenge for it is indeed anything but a Card!!

More Cruise Goodies

Today the mail man brought more wonderful goodies from Eileen Bellomo. She also went on the Canada & New England Cruise with Tim Holtz.

Eileen was generous enough to send me some actual goodies from one of Tims workshops, a Handmade card and a great ATC that she made. I love the Statue of Liberty holding a Distress Pad!

Its fantastic as are all the things you sent. Thanks so much of thinking of me. You ladies are spoiling me rotten.

Well I was already rotten but you know what I mean, :)

As a token of appreciation upon her return she sent me a Signed apron from the Cruise along with a signed Sizzix Catalog that Mario signed too!

Compendium-of-Curiosities-Challenge Week 17

This week the challenge was Fragment Charms. I used this week to create a Birthday card for an upcoming birthday of an online friend.

Halloween Greetings From Belgium

A while back I posted about swapping some Halloween tags with my online friend Inge Bekaertand of course I said yes. Her work is Fabulous as you can see below in the wonderful art that showed up in my mailbox today.

In addition to the 5 tags, Inge also included some inchies and her artful card.

Plus a package of metal embellishment. Too cool!

Halloween Pennants Arrived

Hey Everyone,

A while back I posted about being in a Halloween pennant swap on the

All Things Tim Yahoo group.

Yesterday the pennants arrived and what an amazing collection of art I got in return. Thank you to all that participated in the swap.

Challenge 16: Wrinkle-Free Distress

Over at Linda's Blog Studio L3 we are up to week 16 in the Compendium-of-Curiosities-Challenge.

This one was a no brainer for me for I use this technique on almost all my tags. I love it and cant get enough.

I once again am using a tag previously made do to my time constraints this week. I really love the way it turned out and hope you do too.
