Over on the ATT group Sharona is hosting a swap where the participants have to create 5 x 7 canvases that she is going to use to create a collaborative piece for all players.

Memorial Day Tag
Happy Memorial Day Everyone!
I was feeling a little vintage today so I decided to make a tag using a new embossing folder and some ephemera that I got in the Birthday swap on the All things Tim yahoo group.
First I embossed a tag then inked it up of course and dusted it with Perfect pearls. Added a word stick, metal corner, and a key from Tim's Alterations line, a bow and a pin and wah- la!
Rememeber to hold on to the ones you love.

Chaos Tags Revealed!!
OK so today was the day... My Chaos tags went postal and here are the final images before they become part of 12 different canvases. I cant wait to see every ones work all together. This has been a really fun swap and I'm sure the finished project will be AMAZING.

Single tag up close. On a background of old encyclopedia pages, Tim's stamp of David is the main image. Only with a natural colored eye peeking through the brass key hole. I used watercolor pencils topped off with Ranger's Glossy accents.

The Chaos Project
On the All Things Tim group on Yahoo there is a swap that was inspired by the project shown on Tim Holtz blog http://timholtz.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/03/index.html and also on Jennifer McGuires blog http://jennifermcguireink.typepad.com/
I am doing one of the larger tags for the canvas in group 2.
Above is some of the items I will be using. Antique brass key plates and old encyclopedia pages. Of course there will be lots of new colored ink also.

Circus Pages Go Postal
OK, so its been a while since I updated my blog. I know, I know but real life has a way of cutting into your play time.
Anyway, after weeks of methodical piecing and placing I have finished my ATT Circus Pages for the swap. We were to use the stamps from Tim's Big Top stamp set. I managed to use everyone!
Even though they are all made the same way they are all different in color. I hope the recipients like them as much as I did putting them together.
This is just a sampling of the colors I used on the fronts. Which one will you get?
For the backs I found some circus scrapbook paper that was 12 x 12 but since the swap was for a 6 x 6 page I had to cut the paper into pieces. Each one made up its own little circus scene. I used one of Tim's new stamps to create popcorn bags that I also used as a place for one of my calling cards.
